Construction Engineer

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in construction, particularly in the construction of OHSR, CWR, WTP, and building structures related to water infrastructure projects. Additionally, experience in site monitoring of civil structure works is required. A B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MTech is preferred. As a key member of the project team, you will provide support and guidance to the team working at the site. You will address any on-site issues or challenges faced by the team and ensure that they have the necessary resources for successful project execution. Collaboration with the Head Office is essential to align project activities with organizational goals. You will provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Coordinating activities between the project site and the Head Office is also part of your responsibilities. Prompt resolution of project site issues is crucial, ensuring that all resolutions are within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). You will develop and maintain project trackers to monitor progress and track key performance indicators and milestones for effective progress measurement. Collaborating with project managers and team members, you will assist in project planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identifying and addressing issues that may impact project progress is important, including routine site visits to ensure work execution meets standards for quality and safety. Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members is essential for team coordination. Regular team meetings will be conducted to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks, fostering a positive team environment. Daily tracking of team progress and coordination with the engineering department are integral parts of the operational duties. You will schedule and conduct design and drawing review meetings and ensure that feedback and decisions made during the review process are documented. Effective communication skills and leadership abilities are required, including the ability to influence and motivate team members to perform tasks efficiently.,
