Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for construction projects.
Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop project schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong skills in BOQ estimation, project planning control, problem solving, projections, site supervision, vendor & contractor management.
