Construction Engineer

Job Title: Construction Engineer Safety, Civil Construction, Quality, CPS Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Engineer with a strong background in civil construction, safety compliance, quality management, and construction project scheduling (CPS). The ideal candidate will have the capability to manage all aspects of civil construction projects including vendor coordination, quality inspections, scheduling, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and work from civil and architectural drawings. - Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents for projects and solicit quotations from vendors. - Develop and manage preliminary project schedules and milestones. - Maintain accurate and timely daily and weekly project reports; provide updates to stakeholders. - Supervise and manage the construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. - Conduct and document quality inspections for civil, architectural, reinforcement, and shuttering activities. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting. - Create and manage Level 3 schedules using MS Project. - Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve daily issues and ensure seamless cross-functional execution. - Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. - Maintain construction quality assurance aligned with project specifications and codes. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in civil construction project management, with successful delivery of at least 5–10 residential, commercial, or industrial building projects. - Ability to manage vendors and on-site construction activities efficiently. - Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining construction schedules and resource planning. - Solid understanding of construction safety norms, including industrial and general site safety practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management. Key Tools & Software: - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - MS Project - AutoCAD (basic understanding is a plus)
