Consolidation Analyst

As the Financial Analyst at Allcargo Logistics Limited, your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of standalone financial statements and quarterly financial results in compliance with GAAP, IndAs, and internal policies and procedures. - Investigating any abnormal balances in the standalone balance sheet schedules. - Executing intercompany elimination and consolidation entries on a quarterly basis. - Assisting in the preparation of consolidated balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statement quarterly and consolidated financial statements. - Coordinating and reviewing balance sheet variance analysis. - Assisting with various statutory filings and year-end tax packages. - Supporting the month-end close process. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong understanding of GAAP, IndAs, and financial reporting. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,
