As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely closure of books with accuracy in line with process requirements. Your duties will also include the prompt publication of MIS reports for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to clear financials, investor reports, and other external reports in a timely manner. In this position, you will take the lead in driving special projects for the department, such as M&A activities or hive-offs. You will also be required to handle adhoc reports and other requirements within the specified timelines. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in training and developing the team internally, empowering them to handle technical matters and preparing them for future succession.
