1. Establish regional conservation laboratories in museums.
2. Conduct periodic inspections of archaeological monuments and museum collections.
3. Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
4. Develop work estimates and oversee conservation budgets.
5. Guide the implementation of conservation works following national and international policies.
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in chemical conservation of monuments, sites, or museum objects
2. Expertise in establishing and maintaining conservation laboratories
3 Retired Superintending Archaeological Chemist, Deputy Superintending Archaeological Chemist, or Assistant Superintending Archaeological Chemist from the ASI,
OR Master's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred).
