Conflicts Management-Associate Analyst

As an Associate Analyst at EY, you will be a part of the Risk Management Services (RMS) team, focusing on the Conflicts sub-function. Your role will involve identifying and addressing potential conflicts of interest in new or existing engagements. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the firm's compliance with internal and external regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing an understanding of EY Global/local conflict policies and applying them to real situations. - Performing an initial review of conflict check submissions from EY client serving teams. - Identifying all relevant entities related to the engagement and conducting thorough analysis. - Reviewing findings to identify potential conflicts and sharing leading practices with seniors. - Ensuring prompt escalation whenever necessary. - Preparing appropriate conflict safeguards for client serving teams to address the firm's ethical obligations. - Understanding the firm's structure, business strategies, and service lines. - Delivering on pre-defined individual and team targets with quality and completion. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: - Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment. - Attention to detail and good analytical skills to make informed decisions. - Capability to multitask while maintaining quality work independently or collaboratively. - Upholding confidentiality of all information. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Working experience in a Compliance environment is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, primarily evening and night shifts. Qualifications, certifications, and education requirements: - Post Graduate in MBA Finance/Operations. - Preferably holds an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management or similar certification.
