Confirmations Operator, NCT

Role Overview: You will be part of the Cross asset Derivative Confirmations team based in Bangalore, India. The team is responsible for processing daily confirmations and related activities using the Thunderhead documentation tool. Your core functions will include drafting and dispatching legal confirmations to clients, executing legal confirmations efficiently, understanding product fundamentals, underlying instruments, and business strategies. The team leverages the Thunderhead platform for template development of legal documents. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Spanish language with a certification at B2 level or above - Strong English communication skills are essential - Knowledge of Smart Communication, Thunderhead tool for Derivatives, and OTC products is advantageous - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders - Solid knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably in Commerce - Experience in Thunderhead Template creation role is preferred - Exposure to IB operations and knowledge of derivatives is an added advantage - Strong understanding of ISDA confirmation template framework and recent ISDA regulatory rules affecting OTC Derivatives - Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with an eye for detail, multitasking ability, and meeting strict deadlines Additional Details: The team aims to simplify complex document design by leveraging data at the core of the business through Thunderhead.
