Confirmations Operator, NCT

You will be a part of the Cross-asset Derivative Confirmations team in Bangalore, India. The team is responsible for daily processing of confirmations using the Thunderhead documentation tool. Your core functions will include drafting and dispatching legal confirmations to clients, executing legal confirmations efficiently, and understanding product fundamentals and business strategy. You will work with Thunderhead for template development and leverage data for content selection and document design. - Proficiency in Spanish language with a certification at B2 level or above. - Strong English communication skills. - Knowledge of Smart Communication, Thunderhead tool for Derivatives, and OTC products. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent oral and written communication skills for interactions with business and technical stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PPT. - Graduate preferably in Commerce. - Experience in Thunderhead template creation role preferred, with exposure to IB operations and derivative knowledge. - Strong understanding of ISDA confirmation template framework, recent ISDA and regulatory rules, and confirmation timeliness for OTC Derivatives. - Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English for verbal and written communication. - Ability to work independently or in a team, with an eye for detail, multitasking ability, and meeting strict deadlines.
