Role Overview: You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the software and other technological aspects of the project being run for the Wipro client. Your role will involve providing assistance in the configuration of applications based on client requirements, collating configuration requirements from various functions, and executing configuration tasks within deadlines. Additionally, you will provide system configuration support based on changing business needs, assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities, and support the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities: - Provide assistance in configuration of applications based on client requirements - Collate configuration requirements from the functions/ BUs/ SLs and obtain approval from business owners - Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines - Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs - Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities - Provide support in developing, implementing, and testing patch releases and system upgrades - Maintain the configuration archive and ensure its upkeep - Ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures - Make changes to existing configuration processes as per client requirements and maintain proper documentation/log - Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner - Manage MIS, Reporting & Backend Support - Prepare Daily and Monthly status reports on certain configuration parameters as required by the client & stakeholders - Document and report as per client needs on configuration standards - Resolve issues related to any modification or change requested by the client in minimum time possible Qualification Required: - Experience: 3-5 years Additional Company Details: Wipro is reinventing its world by building a modern organization that is an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
