Configuration Specialist

As a Business Analyst - Configuration Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in configuring business journeys on our low-code platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring business workflows and journeys using the low-code platform's in-built capabilities. - Working with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin to support configurations and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborating with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation. - Analyzing business requirements, validating feasibility, and providing insights on configurations. - Ensuring error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring. - Troubleshooting configuration and integration issues efficiently. - Adapting quickly to evolving business requirements and working effectively under high-pressure situations. - Documenting configuration processes and sharing knowledge with internal stakeholders. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also need to have a deep understanding of technology trends such as AI/ML, cloud, and other emerging tech areas, with the ability to contextualize these trends for business impact. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in low-code platforms or workflow configuration tools, a background in business analysis, system configuration, or product implementation, and knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
