Conference Research Specialist

What You'll Do:

Your main job is to find scientific conferences happening around the world and add them to Google Sheets. 

Think of it like being a detective, but instead of solving crimes, you're finding where scientists meet!

Your Daily Work:

• Search the internet for scientific conferences in every possible niche (medical, tech, ai, research, cognitive science etc.,)
• Find 50-60 new conferences every day
• Add conference details (Conference name and date, Location, Website link, Type of science/field, Committee details, Important deadlines etc.,) to Google Sheet
• Make sure each conference is unique (no duplicates!)
• Organize the information so it's easy to use

What We Need From You:

Must Haves:

• Recently completed BBA or similar degree (freshers welcome!)
• Super good at finding information online
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and LLMs
• Can organize data neatly
• Good attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)
• Basic English writing skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience making lists or doing research
• Used to working independently
• Know how to verify if information is correct
