Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Technologist, based in Pune. The role involves performing quality control tests on concrete and construction materials, developing and optimizing concrete mix designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also includes collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues, providing technical support, and documenting test results and reports. The Concrete Technologist will play a key role in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in concrete mix design, quality control testing, and material analysis
• In-depth understanding of construction materials, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical support skills
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and work within cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Material Science, Concrete Technology, or related field
• Relevant work experience in concrete technology or a related field
