We at The CAD Co. are looking for a Concept Director to lead our creative vision, design strategy, and social media presence.

Your Role:

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand communication.
• Direct and design posts, videos, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to align concepts with business goals.
• Stay ahead of visual & social media trends, bringing innovative ideas to life.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of creative/design experience (with leadership exposure).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & strategies.
• Portfolio showcasing conceptual work + executed campaigns.
• Eye for detail, creativity, and ability to lead projects independently.
