Concept designer/Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at our company, your role will involve planning, designing, and executing interior design concepts for co-working spaces, lounges, meeting rooms, and breakout areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating space planning, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings. - Collaborating with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Sourcing and selecting materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes aligned with brand standards and budget. - Ensuring designs meet ergonomics, sustainability, safety, and compliance standards. - Incorporating user experience and community-building principles into workspace designs. - Staying updated with current design trends, workplace innovations, and best practices in co-working environments. - Overseeing on-site execution, quality checks, and handover of completed projects. - Demonstrating proven experience in commercial or co-working space design. - Showcasing strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for contact person anit@redbrickoffices.com or calling at 9822150141.
