Job Summary:

The C&C professional will be responsible for driving concept development, coordination, and design finalization for residential apartment and villa projects. The role involves collaborating with external architects, internal teams, and project stakeholders to deliver market-leading product designs aligned with Casagrands standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the

  conceptualization and design

  process for residential apartment and villa projects.

• Collaborate with external architects

  to finalize concept drawings within defined timelines.

• Develop design concepts independently

  , demonstrating strong architectural and design knowledge.
• Utilize software tools such as

  AutoCAD and SketchUp

  for design and presentation purposes.

• Evaluate and review

  each stage of design development; consolidate team feedback and communicate actionable comments to architects for refinement.
• Oversee

  coordination and preparation of construction drawings

  , ensuring quality and accuracy across project deliverables.
• Conduct

  site visits

  for feasibility studies, site analysis, and to ensure design practicality.
• Perform

  competitor analysis

  to benchmark design trends and develop superior master plans and unit plans aligned with market demand.
• Handle all design and coordination activities

  independently

  , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  residential design (apartments and villas)

• Expertise in

  AutoCAD and SketchUp

  ; proficiency in other design tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent

• Strong analytical and

  conceptual thinking

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture / Civil Engineering

  or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or Design will be an added advantage.
