Concept Artist

ngura Digital is a Branding & Advertising Agency building idea-driven brands, campaigns, and visual stories across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms. We focus on strong concepts, clarity, and scalable creativity.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Concept Artist who can visually translate ideas into powerful concepts before execution.

This role plays a key part in campaign ideation, pitch decks, brand launches, and video pre-production, helping teams clearly visualize ideas at an early stage.

Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Visualization

• Convert creative briefs, scripts, and strategies into visual concepts
• Create mood boards, reference frames, key visuals, and rough layouts
• Define overall look & feel for campaigns before final design or production

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Video Teams
• Support client presentations, pitch decks, and campaign proposals
• Ensure visual concepts align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Campaign & Pre-Production Support

• Assist in storyboards, key frames, and visual direction for videos and reels
• Provide clear visual guidance to designers, editors, and motion artists
• Help maintain concept consistency across platforms and formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Concept Artist / Visual Conceptualizer
• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Ability to think concept-first and visualize ideas quickly
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Figma or similar tools
• Experience working in an advertising or branding agency

Good to Have

• Experience in storyboarding or cinematic visual planning
• Knowledge of AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion)
• Exposure to CGI, 3D, or motion design workflows

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹63,597.46 per month
