About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Spoken English Tutor to train students at our MSA Gujarat Center. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make learning engaging and effective for students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spoken English sessions focusing on fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence-building.
• Use interactive methods such as role-plays, group discussions, storytelling, and presentations.
• Prepare simple, engaging lesson plans suitable for beginner and intermediate learners.
• Provide individual attention and feedback to students.
• Encourage students to practice English in daily life and overcome hesitation.
• Maintain records of student progress and share feedback with the program coordinator.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in English / Communication / Education (preferred, not mandatory if highly fluent).
• Strong command over spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Prior experience in teaching spoken English / communication / soft skills (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Patient, empathetic, and able to motivate students from underserved backgrounds.
• Familiarity with activity-based teaching methods.
• Basic knowledge of Gujarati/Hindi for support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with offline teaching; online teaching skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA or similar.
• Experience working with NGOs or educational programs.

Position: TechLab Tutor
Location: MSA Gujarat Center
Type: Part-time / Full-time (as per requirement)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable TechLab Tutor to guide students in digital literacy, coding, and technology-based learning. The tutor will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions that make students confident in using technology for education and future careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions on basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet usage, typing, email, digital safety).
• Teach STEM and coding fundamentals (Scratch, Python basics, or other beginner-friendly tools).
• Guide students in hands-on projects and experiments in the TechLab.
• Promote problem-solving, creativity, and logical thinking through activities.
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Track and report student progress to the program coordinator.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and beginner-level coding.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students (formal or informal).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for school/college-level learners.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for working with underserved communities.
• Comfortable with offline and online teaching methods.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification in digital literacy / coding / IT training.
• Experience with STEM education / maker labs / robotics kits.
• Familiarity with Gujarati/Hindi for student support.
