Job Description

Support the foundation in conducting inclusive events and awareness activities for individuals with disabilities.
Assist in educational or therapeutic sessions, depending on the needs of the participants.
Help with mobility, logistics, or engagement of differently-abled participants during activities.
Coordinate with staff and other volunteers to ensure smooth execution of inclusive programs.
Create an encouraging and respectful environment to empower individuals with disabilities.
Participate in setup, documentation, and follow-up as required by the NGO.

Eligibility Criteria

Compassionate and empathetic approach toward working with differently-abled individuals.
Willingness to assist in physical tasks if needed (e.g., guiding or supporting mobility).
Basic communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience with disability-focused initiatives is a plus but not mandatory.
