Job Description

Handle day-to-day computer operations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
Prepare and maintain production, dispatch, stock, and MIS reports
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to plant operations
Coordinate with production, accounts, and management teams
Communicate clearly with internal staff and management
Assist in office and administrative work as required
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Good communication skills
Ability to coordinate and work independently
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Fresher or 1 year experience in computer or office-related work (preferred)
