Strict Responsibilities,
Supervise and manage day-to-day EDP operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Generate labels, reports, and documentation through in-house software.
Ensure accuracy in data entry, reports, and record-keeping.
Provide support in technical/system issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of computer operators.
Coordinate with operations & logistics teams for timely output.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong command over Computers & MS Excel (advanced knowledge preferred).
Prior experience with label/document generation software.
Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with accountability.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
