1. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Expert in day-to-day accounting entries, voucher posting, and ledger management.
  
• Skilled in generating reports like P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and GST returns.
  

2. Advanced Excel Skills

• Strong command over formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.
  
• Experienced in Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Data Cleaning.
  
• Proficient in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and financial modeling.
  

3. Accounting & Financial Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, standards (GAAP/IFRS), and double-entry system.
  
• Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, bank reconciliation, and audit support.
  

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Ability to supervise a team of accountants and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Experience in task delegation, training junior staff, and reviewing their work for accuracy.
  

5. Compliance & Taxation

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions with timely filing experience.
  
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, returns, and coordination with auditors/consultants.
  

6. Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving

• Strong analytical skills to identify accounting discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
  
• Capable of process optimization and system improvements.
  

7. Communication & Coordination

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  

8. Time Management & Multi-tasking

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
