Key Responsibilities:Handling data entry and daily computer operations.Making outbound calls and attending inbound calls for customer queries.Maintaining records and preparing reports as required.Coordinating with the branch team for smooth operations.Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications.1. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).2. Good communication skills (Hindi & English).3. Prior experience in tele-calling or computer operations preferred.
