Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Office Assistant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in office administration, digital tools, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Manage emails, internet research, and general online tasks. Canva designing for marketing materials, presentations, and social media content. IndiaMART account handling – product uploads, replying to inquiries, and follow-ups with customers. Customer communication – attending calls, handling queries, and providing product information. Internal staff coordination for smooth office operations. Prepare internal reports, manage printing, and handle office documentation. Organize courier dispatches – preparing envelopes, documents, and records. Social media marketing – manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts (posting, replies, promotions). Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Requirements:Graduate (preferred) with good written & verbal communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati). Strong knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Internet, and Email. Experience in IndiaMART and social media account management is highly desirable. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
