Manage and update company social media accounts
Attend calls and respond to client inquiries
Follow up with leads and existing clients

Build strong client relationships and maintain records
Assist in preparing proposals & presentations
Can do Bidding on platforms like freelancer upwork etc
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development (IT industry preferred)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills with good enlgish
Strong understanding of sales processes & client management
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Skill to manage calls and followup
