Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor mainframes, servers, and other computer systems.
Perform scheduled data backups and maintain logs of system activity & Data Analyst.
Identify and report system malfunctions or errors; troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Prepare and manage batch processing jobs and input data.
Ensure printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment function properly.
Maintain records of equipment usage, maintenance, and issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
Maintain system security by following company protocols.
Assist in updating software and applying patches.
Support staff with basic IT and computing tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
