Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our institute in Pilkhuwa. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data entry and document management, with strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Good English drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and documentation tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare and manage official documents, letters, and reports in English.
• Use MS Office applications to create and format spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Draft professional emails, reports, and other business communications.
• Handle routine administrative support as required.

Requirements:

• Typing Speed: 30 to 40 WPM in English.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong command over MS Office tools – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English drafting and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
