About The Opportunity

A multispeciality hospital operating in clinical and administrative healthcare services is hiring an on-site Computer Operator to support patient records, front-desk digital workflows, and multimedia content tasks. The role is based in Muktsar (Bathinda Road) and supports day-to-day hospital operations, digital filing, and promotional/video work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient records, appointments, billing details, and clinical forms into hospital systems and spreadsheets.
• Create, edit and maintain Excel sheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for clinical teams and administrative reports.
• Operate CorelDRAW to prepare basic artwork for signage, flyers and internal communication; produce short promotional or informational videos as required.
• Manage online and offline tasksuploading documents, handling email correspondence, internet research, and maintaining digital backups.
• Ensure data quality and confidentiality by following hospital data-handling protocols and assisting with document organization and printing/scanning tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical and front-desk teams to resolve data discrepancies and support smooth patient-flow during 9:00 AM6:00 PM shift.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Graduation (any discipline)
• Proven proficiency in Data Entry and numerical accuracy
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW for simple artwork/layout tasks
• Basic video-making/editing capability
• Ability to work on-site 9:00 AM6:00 PM; local Muktsar candidates preferred
  

Preferred

• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare administrative environment
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems or electronic medical records
• Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi for local patient communication
