Computer Operations

What does a successful System Support - Tech Lead

As an experienced member of our Credit Union platform, you will be responsible to effective ly manage Spectrum application and ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Unix, Linux and ACH file processing

What you will do:

Work on Software Installation

Work on Certificate Updates

Working on automation tools

Working on script updates

Working on DR/Audits,

Working on Security Projects, Tech Debt Projects,

Work on Technical Support Client and Operations

Work on PS Projects, Business Analysis

Vendor Engagement (Fiserv & External)

Automate the repetitive task to minimize manual efforts

Troubleshoot infrastructure, application issues and work with the development team and SMEs to resolve issues faster. Create, track, drive problem and defects task to closure.

Identify possible points of failure in the infrastructure/applications and improve/resolve the identified vulnerability.

Management activities like Incident, change and release activities for mission critical application.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor s degree preferably in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field

Overall, 9-10 years of experience processing ACH s in Unix or Mainframe environment

E xperienced working on monitoring tools and one or more OSs like Unix, Linux and windows for FTP and ACH file processing

Confluence Knowledge articles/documentations

Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into automation.

Experience with Modern scripting language like Python , and Observability tool like Splunk , Dynatrace etc.

Flexible to work in shift or weekend on business demand.
