Job Role:

Computer / Hardware Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain computers and accessories (printers, projectors, CCTV, access points, etc.)
• Assemble PCs and upgrade hardware/software when needed
• Troubleshoot and fix technical problems (both hardware and software)
• Set up and maintain networks, resolve network issues
• Install and configure software, handle software-related troubleshooting
• Provide onsite support at customer offices or homes
• Communicate with customers, understand their issues, and provide solutions
• Learn and grow with guidance from senior team members
• Follow the complete life cycle of IT equipment (computers, printers, CCTV, networking)
