Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing 2D and 3D metal art concepts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Your creativity and technical skills will be utilized to translate creative ideas into technical drawings for production. Collaboration with the production team on laser cutting and CNC turning outputs will be crucial, along with innovating and experimenting with new forms, finishes, and functional designs. You will handle custom client projects as well as in-house experimental pieces. Key Responsibilities: - Design 2D and 3D metal art concepts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. - Translate creative ideas into technical drawings for production. - Work closely with the production team on laser cutting and CNC turning outputs. - Innovate and experiment with new forms, finishes, and functional designs. - Handle both custom client projects and in-house experimental pieces. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software. - Strong background in 2D/3D product design (metal/artwork preferred). - Ability to convert creative concepts into precise technical drawings. - Passion for experimentation, prototyping, and problem-solving. - Knowledge of materials, machining, and fabrication is a plus. - Graduate/Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical, or related field.
