Key Responsibilities:
Review and resolve complex, ambiguous, or edge cases in annotated conversational data.Identify annotation inconsistencies and refine annotation guidelines.Provide linguistic expertise across semantics, syntax, discourse, and pragmatics.Collaborate with annotation and ML/NLP teams to improve labeling quality and training data.Support junior annotators and contribute to overall data curation.Document and enforce high annotation standards across datasets.
Key Requirements:Masters or PhD in Computational Linguistics, Linguistics, or a related field2+ years of experience in NLP projects or linguistic data annotationStrong grasp of linguistic structures, ambiguity resolution, and conversational contextAbility to write and refine annotation guidelinesExcellent communication and mentoring abilities
