Key Responsibilities: Review and resolve complex, ambiguous, or edge cases in annotated conversational data. Identify annotation inconsistencies and refine annotation guidelines. Provide linguistic expertise across semantics, syntax, discourse, and pragmatics. Collaborate with annotation and ML/NLP teams to improve labeling quality and training data. Support junior annotators and contribute to overall data curation. Document and enforce high annotation standards across datasets.
