Computational Designer/Architect - Facade

Role Overview: You will be responsible for undertaking engineering and documentation, providing specialist input, resolving technical problems, and ensuring the quality of services on projects undertaken by the team. You will work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters related to the projects. Additionally, you will assist the project teams with all aspects of project implementation, reports preparation, and more. You will work on structural calculations under limited supervision and be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your own work. Your tasks will also include producing routine letters or reports and other documents from standard templates, coordinating with designers and consultants, and utilizing computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare faade engineering design documents. Furthermore, you will research design options, document findings, and demonstrate capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in thermal design using governing codes and standards, as well as working on thermal calculations and condensation risk analysis, will be beneficial.
