You should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a background in working with Building Services. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure that installations meet standards, codes, and customer requirements. You will utilize computer-assisted engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Dialux for this purpose. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of Codes including NYC Building Code, International Codes, Electrical Code, Energy Code, NFPA Standards, ASHRAE Standards, among others.
