Computational Designer/Architect - Facade

As an Engineer at WSP, you will be responsible for undertaking engineering and documentation tasks, providing specialist input, resolving technical problems, and ensuring the quality of services on projects undertaken by the team. You will work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects. Additionally, you will assist the project teams with all aspects of project implementation and reports preparation. You will be working on structural calculations under limited supervision and will be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your own work. Your role will also involve producing routine letters, reports, and other documents from standard templates, as well as coordinating with designers and consultants. Performing thermal design using governing codes and standards will be an added advantage. You will utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare facade engineering design documents. Researching design options and documenting findings will also be part of your responsibilities. Demonstrating capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should be able to work on Thermal Calculations and Condensation risk analysis effectively.
