Compliance Specialist- Monitoring

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Compliance professional with a focus on maintaining ethical business practices in the pharmaceutical industry. Your role will involve monitoring compliance, assessing risks, engaging with stakeholders, documenting activities, and providing training on compliance policies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct transactional testing and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. - Support internal audits and compliance reviews, particularly in sales and marketing functions. - Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies. - Assist in investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches. - Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance. - Provide guidance on compliance-related queries and initiatives. - Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies. - Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments. Qualifications: - Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred. - Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus. - Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing. - Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - CA/CA Inter or equivalent expertise. - Bachelors degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field. - 13 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions. - Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools/systems.,
