Role Summary The Compliance Officer will oversee statutory and organizational compliance across all Clinet plants and warehouses. Based in Halol, the role involves ensuring timely adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and reporting directly to the Occupier. Key Responsibilities Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory norms. Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely filings. Conduct audits across plants and warehouses. Submit regular compliance reports to the Occupier. Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence. Stay updated on legal changes and provide guidance. Conduct staff training on compliance.
