Compliance Manager, Control Room Reporting

As a Reporting & Analytics Associate at ANZ, you will play a key role in providing stakeholder reporting insights and policy awareness. You will be responsible for offering data insights and trend reporting for Business and Risk stakeholders related to Conflict of Interest data. Additionally, your tasks will include the maintenance and development of VBA and Microsoft Access macros, as well as conducting compliance testing of ANZ Employee Personal Trading to ensure adherence to ANZ Trading policies. You will also contribute to enhancing Conflict of Interest policy awareness. To excel in this role, you should be confident in preparing and analyzing large data sets, have experience in stakeholder reporting and communicating insights, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Financial Markets Trading Products and Data Visualisation skills would be advantageous. Moreover, the ability to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
