Compliance Intern

You will be joining PolicyBazaar.com as a Compliance Intern based in Gurgaon, India for a duration of 3 months. As a Compliance Intern, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, with a focus on those from IRDAI, RBI, and SEBI. - Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures that are in line with business and regulatory requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and IRDAI, facilitating effective communication and submissions. - Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and regulatory reports for authorities. - Utilize tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva to create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations for both management and regulators. - Collaborate with different departments to streamline compliance processes. - Support in audits and risk management activities related to compliance. - Investigate instances of compliance breaches and work closely with legal teams to address and resolve issues. - Conduct training sessions to enhance compliance awareness among employees. In addition to the key responsibilities, the following additional skills will be beneficial for this role: - Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to explain complex regulatory matters in a clear manner. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva is considered a plus. - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. - Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the regulatory/compliance domain. - Basic understanding of insurance regulations, especially IRDAI guidelines, would be advantageous.,
