Compliance & Audit Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compliance & Audit Administrator to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in compliance and audit administration, with a strong background in KPO industry.

• Manage and oversee compliance and audit activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance and audit processes.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to address identified issues.
• Ensure timely completion of all compliance and audit tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of compliance and audit principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Strong understanding of KPO industry operations and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
