Compensation & Benefits Analyst
We have an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People & Places team in Bengaluru, reporting to the manager of, International Benefits. In this role, you will support and enhanc e our global benefits programs, while gaining exposure to compensation operations and analysis. Youll also help ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our total rewards strategy.
Be a Contributor What
Youll Do
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders in the administration of health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs
- Coordinate data transfers for benefits administration, ensuring the accuracy of all premiums, enrollments, and renewals
- Assist with documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for benefits processes, such as onboarding, open enrollment, reporting, and reconciliation
- Manage monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits and compensation records in the HRIS, conducting data audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Create and distribute materials for benefits new hire orientations, open enrollment, and employee communications
- Provide training and respond to benefit inquiries from to employees and managers on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries
- Assist in the delivery and administration of wellbeing programs
- Support the day-to-day management of the market pricing tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability for compensation analysis and reporting
- Support the end-to-end administration of the semi-annual compensation review process
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance and updates of compensation programs and job profiles, including documentation, tracking changes, and supporting program management activities?
Be Prepared What You Bring
- 2 + years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration; experience in compensation preferred
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable .
- A customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities .
- Bachelors or masters degree in HR or a related field

First 90 Days:

Six Months:
- Be the go-to contact for employees, managers, vendors, and the local benefits broker in India .
- Manage benefits onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transitions .
- Champion data accuracy across systems, particularly for benefits and dependent information .
- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of our market pricing tool, including job matching and maintaining accurate benchmark data.
- Lead the coordination and submission of salary surveys, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery
One Year:
- Identify and implement process improvements and data quality, such as automation of data flows, billing enhancements, and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects like PTO tracking and total rewards statements .
- Take a leading role in wellbeing programming, helping evolve and expand our offerings
- Develop fundamental knowledge of compensation and benefit programs and support key milestones like open enrollment and compensation review planning.
