Role & responsibilities We are seeking a seasoned professional with to join our team as Asst Manager /Manager - Compensation and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and executing compensation strategies, including leadership and executive-level roles. This role requires deep expertise in total rewards solutions, stakeholder engagement with senior global leaders, and the ability to drive innovative compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Design and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organizations goals and business objectives. Analyse market trends, benchmarks, and competitive data to design competitive and equitable compensation programs. Business Unit Compensation Planning: Design compensation structures for specific business units or functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market practices. Provide strategic recommendations for salary structures, incentive plans, and retention programs. Global Total Rewards Expertise: Lead the design and delivery of total rewards programs for global markets, addressing diverse workforce needs. Evaluate and adapt compensation strategies to align with regional and international regulations, cultural differences, and business strategies. Executive Compensation Design: Design and manage compensation packages for leadership and executive-level roles, ensuring alignment with global best practices and governance. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure executive compensation aligns with organizational goals and market competitiveness. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior global leaders to understand their strategic objectives and deliver tailored total rewards solutions. Provide expert consultation to senior management on compensation trends, challenges, and strategies. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and evaluations of compensation programs to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with market trends. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Masters degree in human resources or a related field or certification in C&B would be preferred. 6-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including experience designing compensation for leadership and executive roles. Proven expertise in total rewards strategy, with a strong understanding of compensation trends, laws, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate with senior global leaders and deliver tailored solutions. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and HR systems. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
