Partnering with major automobile manufacturers, aerospace, and industrial sectors, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, elaborate, and implement compensation and benefits policies and guidelines for the area of responsibility or employee groups. - Support the development and implementation of policies, standards, processes, and tools. - Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs. - Prepare data, participate in market benchmark surveys, and analyze the organization's benchmark position. - Cooperate with HR stakeholders on all compensation and benefits related matters, providing support and advice. - Execute consistent job evaluations and propose compensation and benefits packages. **Qualifications:** - Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, or Social Sciences. - 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
