Job Description for the Post of Company Secretary

1. Incorporation of Company/LLP/Section 8 with Resident as well as with Non Resident Directors and shareholders

2. RBI Fillings including FCGPR, FCTRS, ECB etc.

3. Various compliances under Companies Act, 2013

4. ROC Annual Fillings

5. Various Registrations under various Acts such as DGFT, Shop and Establishment Act, GST etc.

6. Assisted in Incorporating a Companies (Private Company, Public Company, One Person Company, Section 8 (Formation of Company Charitable Objects), Limited Liability Partnership)

7. Assisted in Incorporating a Company (Chit Fund Company)

8. Assisted in preparing documents for registration of Partnership Firm.

9. Preparation of Documents for increasing Authorized Capital of a Company

10. Preparation of Documents for Appointment, Resignation, removal of Directors and KMPs.

11. Shifting of Registered office from one to state to another.

12. Liasioning with the ROC and RD.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
