Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and other contracts. Ensuring timelyand accurate compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and otherstatutory requirements. Maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings. Advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Coordinating with legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies as required.Requirements: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledgeof SEBI, Companies Act, and corporate governance frameworks. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
