Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Incorporation & Structural Changes

    : Draft and file documents for company/LLP incorporation and structural amendments.
  • Statutory Filings

    : Monitor and ensure timely filing of forms, returns, and documents with relevant authorities for both companies and LLPs.
  • Legal Compliance

    : Advise on and ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, the LLP Act, and related regulations.
  • Meeting Compliance

    : Prepare notice, agenda, and minutes for board and general meetings; maintain statutory registers as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Agreement Drafting & Vetting

    : Draft and vet various agreements, petitions, and legal opinions.
  • FEMA & RBI Filings

    : Prepare and file necessary forms under FEMA and RBI regulations.
  • Corporate Governance

    : Ensure adherence to corporate governance norms and provide legal support on corporate matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have practise certificate in Company Secretary

Experience: 2 years to 4 years
