We are a dynamic CS firm seeking a highly motivated and skilled Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will take on secretarial duties, demonstrate leadership, and ensure effective compliance with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Undertake secretarial functions including managing and maintaining corporate records, drafting and filing documents. Interpret and apply corporate laws, regulations, and new compliance requirements, providing expert guidance to the team and clients. Exhibit strong leadership by guiding and supervising junior team members, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time. Monitor and ensure that all work is completed within set timelines and project deadlines. Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional service. Ensure smooth execution of compliance processes, managing routine and complex tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Develop and maintain schedules, reports, and timelines for all secretarial tasks, ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met consistently. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have: Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Proven experience in handling secretarial work within a corporate or law firm environment. Strong understanding of corporate laws, compliance, and governance. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate junior team members. Ability to interpret legal requirements and new compliance regulations. Sound drafting skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create and adhere to deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Experience working with a diverse client base. Knowledge of recent updates in corporate laws, governance, and compliance regulations. Previous experience in managing corporate governance structures and handling board meetings. Salary no bar for the most suited candidate.
