Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Intern, located in Noida. The Company Secretary Intern will be responsible for assisting in corporate governance and compliance, maintaining records, preparing minutes of meetings, and ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The intern will also provide support to the company secretary in tasks related to shareholders, board members, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
• Record-keeping and document management skills
• Proficiency in minute-taking and preparing official documents
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience or education in corporate law is a plus
