Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting main objects of private limited companies and LLPs

2. Helping with the incorporation of companies/LLP/NPO

3. Drafting minutes of board meeting

4. Filing various e-forms on MCA portals

5. Drafting notices, agendas, board resolutions, agreements, and other corporate documents

6. Conducting board meetings and general meetings of the companies

7. Handling various event-based compliances such as transfer of shares, appointment, and resignation of directors, etc.

8. Studying financials of the companies and LLPs

9. Preparing and filing files and documents related to the annual filing of the companies and LLPs

10. Handling coordination with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have completed or is appearing for CS Executive

2. can start the internship between 17th Oct'23 and 20th Nov'23

3. are available for a duration of 24 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighbouring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

₹5,000/- per month
